WinISO - This tool lets you open an image file, display the file tree and run files from within the image file. Because of the file associations, you can simply double click an ISO file in Windows Explorer to open it.
ISO Buster - A great tool that lets you explore a CD's File System while by-passing Windows. You can open an ISO file without having to have to burn it onto a CD first.
